Reservations & Billing
All reservations must be made in advance. Billing is processed securely, and a valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to the full amount of the trip.
Waiting Time & Extra Stops
We provide a complimentary grace period for all airport pickups to accommodate baggage claim. Additional waiting time or unscheduled extra stops will be billed accordingly.
Vehicle Damage & Cleanliness
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. A cleaning fee will be applied for any spillage, sickness, or damages caused during the trip.
