Airport Delays and Flight Changes
For airport pickups, AvaLimo monitors flight arrivals when flight information is provided and adjusts for delays when possible. If your flight is canceled or your travel plans change, call us right away.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation handling may depend on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup, whether a chauffeur or vehicle has already been assigned, and the type of reservation. Late cancellations may incur a fee. AvaLimo will confirm the exact handling for your booking.
