All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit. Deposits are fully refundable with 24-hour cancellation notice. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
Cancel or modify up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the fare. No-shows are charged in full.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting time is billed at $1 per minute.
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking, spills, or excessive mess.
